Here’s the thing — on Instagram, people are trying to get as many likes as much as possible. And on Medium, we’re trying to do the same — but with claps. Is it that much different? We obsess with curation, top writer tags, and followers. And we forget about why we’re here in the first place. Is it just another escape? Sometimes I wonder.
